[Resolved] Ecom Express — product is not delivered. nobody is responding to calls | |||||
Hi i have a courier with awb[protected] which suppose to delivered in 20th oct, 2 days before only but still not delivered. Delivery boy is not receiving our call. Even the delivery centre head on balendur. This delivery guy didn't came to our address not even call us but update the status to not delivered due to customer not available on his own. Purely unprofessional behaviour even using not proper language by delivery centre, delivery body and customer care. One of the worst delivery service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
