Ecom Express — Product is not delivered & status says delivered ... its been 2 days yet no solution

The package should have been delivered on Sunday (Feb, 7 2021) and delivery boy called me ... since i was not available at the time .. i asked him to drop the package evening to me ... but the next minute i got the message saying that package has been delivered ... I can't find any customer care number which would resolve this .. I kept on calling the number which delivery had called but its an automated calling number no help yet Today's Tuesday (Feb, 2 2021) had raised & gave feedback to ecom express saying that product has not delivered for which i got response like "our executive will contact" but i haven't got any call or text in regards All i need is that package to be delivered before my return policy expires ... kindly help Was this information helpful?
