I got a mail from Harman Team stating that the product received from Ecom express team is different and not a JBL product.
After the security check only the courier team has picked up the product, today I contacted Ecom express customer care and complained about this issue. They said the wrong product once they receive back they will take further action and now they have raised a complaint also. Hence request you to kindly connect with Ecom courier team and do the needful

Updated by Jijith6196 The shipment has been delivered at the registered address, but I gave JBL Earbuds(7000rs) and in the seller side receive a 10rs worth of specs product, After the security check the delivery boy collected the parcel. This means the delivery boy changed the product or from your Hub the product has been replaced. Kindly check the CCTV footage and solve this issue.
