Ecom Express — product not being delivered even after reaching destination centre | |||||
My order, which was placed on 24-jun-2020 was supposed to be delivered by 30-jun-2020. The tracker initially showed that the package received in hyderabad hub on 29-jun. Since then, the bag is being scanned at the hub everyday, but is not being set out for delivery. It is 04-july today, and i am still waiting for the product, which is already a week late. Tried contacting customer service and they are not providing local delivery agent contact (Which i said i would go and collect myself). The awd tracking facility is a of no use, as they are holding the product in my city (Hyderabad) and are just not delivering it. Even if you could help where the product is, i am happy to go and collect. Very poor service and customer contact agents. Not helpful at all!! A nightmare!
