Ecom Express — Product not being picked up for many days.

Jabra had arranged a pickup through Ecom express to send my earphones back to them. The pickup was scheduled on 12th October and there have been no response from the courier yet. Some of their numbers don't work at all and every day I call the robot says it will be delivered today.
