Ecom Express — Product not delivered and no response from the customer care and delivery agent | |
I had ordered a package from an online retailer few weeks ago. it reached the final delivery station but is not delivered even after a week. it becomes out to delivery daily and becomes undelivered by giving some random reason as "costumer not available", "costumer requested for future delivery". after a few days, it is now going back to the seller. it is still not delivered. poor delivery agencies even after paying the delivery charges. https://ecomexpress.in/tracking/?awb_field=[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
