Ecom Express — Product not delivered and ofd lock applied since last six days | |
Sir, My product with ID [protected] has reached destination hub on June 1st.. Till now the delivery person did not contacted me and it's been under OFD lock for last three days.. When the out of delivery messages came(on June 1, 2 and 3), I called the Ecom express but they say that the executive pin number provided is wrong. The delivery person (Koregaon Satara Maharashtra ) contacted me but denied giving delivery as he called me 3 KM away from my village to take delivery. Finally, he warned me that he will never ever deliver and I have to cancel the order same with my friend also. The very rude person from Ecom. I complain but no one takes care.
Seems that they don't want to take care of the customer.
