Ecom Express — Product not delivered and sending fake statuses | |
Since I have placed the order and the product reached Bangalore on 26th and there was a notification as per the tracking stating out for delivery since then I was been waiting whole day and there was no call from any of the delivery agent and later I received a status stating I requested for future delivery of the product and immediately I placed a call to customer care I would say it's not a customer care because when ever I call this ecom people they say they have escalated and it will be resolved in 48hours and it never happened till now they don't even bothered to call and say due to some issues they couldn't deliver the product but instead they mark fake statuses and put on customer that customer requested I am really fed-up of this poor ecom I really don't know how they manage the business like me there are several customers in a day who get this fake statuses and they be offended Very bad service Was this information helpful? | |
