[Resolved] Ecom Express — product not delivered but it is writing as delivered

Product is not delivered but on the shopping portal it is written that it is delivered... They didn't contact me then how the product got delivered.
And when i called they don't pick up... They picked once but saying that after half an hour they will solve the issue... The money was prepaid and now i don't know what will happen... Cheaters ecom express

As i see my order is in Ahmedabad so its easy to give the order but its delay .
I want my order as soon as possible .
or as fast as possible.
