Ecom Express — product not delivered buy online through amazon

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last three days onwards they are holding my order and till the date no one will call to my number for delivery..

I ordered from Amazon unfortunately delivery partner was Ecom express.
They have no office address or proper contact number updated in Google or anywhere. All the numbers where switch off.. I think all the product customer ordered they are selling their own way.
