[Resolved] Ecom Express — Product not delivered in address

My product ordered from Flipkart was shipped through e com express. On the delivery date I got only a missed call that lasts only for two second. Then a they sent a message that undeliverable because customer not available. Also then calling the given number the computer ask AWB number after typing the AWB number the call was getting disconnected. AWB number [protected]

Updated by ajaypozhikavu The same thing happened again. The delivery boy called me and said he will deliver the product today. But I waited him till now. And a message was received that saying undelivered due to customer not available. Why the courier saying customer not a available without trying to deliver the product.
