Ecom Express — Product not getting delivered due to absence of OTP(AWB no-[protected]) | |||
The shipment remains undelivered for past three days due to absence of OTP. OTP is not being received by me during delivery after repeated attempts probably due to incorrect mobile number(missing one digit). On verifying with your customer care number yesterday I came to know that no OTP is required which I have kept a recording but delivery boy is not agreeing with that. Further after enquiring yesterday evening, the customer care executive Vikram was admanent and asked me to get in touch with shopping partner. How come the OTP related issue will be handled by shopping partner since OTP was supposed to come from ECOM side. I then tried to get in touch with senior executive via same call and Vikram but he intentionally diverted the issue citing that all seniors are bsy right now and do make a call after 8pm as according to him the shipment will be delivered withing 8pm which was very unlikely to happen. Even he refused to take a complaint on my behalf and neglected the issue. Please intervene and take immediate action in this regard. Was this information helpful? | |||
