Ecom Express — Product not getting delivered inspite of reaching the destination | |||
I have an order from Ajio to be delivered by ecom express (kakinada). The status of the product in the app shows as out for delivery since 4 days.when i tracked using my awb number it shows as reached the destination since 4th February but no one contacted me yet ( 8th feb). The order is worth more than 2k and they are not even giving any update regarding my order. Tried to reach them through customer care but they are not connecting! Was this information helpful? | |||
