Ecom Express — Product not received CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD

I ordered a high amount product and the courier service selected was ecom express. This product was in transit on 9th May had to be delivered on 10 May but they said incorrect pincode. I have not changed my address nor pincode from last 5 yrs but still they dint deliver the product. The Ajio services has bad customer support and the ECOM EXPRESS DISGUSTING. I HAD MADE PAYMENT HENCE THEY WERE NOT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT IF I WOUKD HAVE NOT PAID MAY BE BEFORE THE DELIVERING DATE THEY WOULD HAVE DELIVERED. DISGUSTING AND WAST SERVICE PROVIDED BY ECOM EXPRESS.
