Ecom Express — Product picked but not delivered to seller

My return product picked by ecomexpress agent on 11th January 2022, today is 16th feb still it is showing in transit at same location from 1 month.I complained many times by calling customer care they are telling same story everytime.Awb [protected].please do needful
