I had ordered 2 kurtas from Meesho on 25th August 2022 which is being delivered by Ecom express vide tracking ID: [protected] and [protected].
One of the order was supposed to be delivered today, 03rd Sept, 2022 and the other on 5th sept, 2022.
I have been checking the tracking link, but there's no update since 30th august, 2022 after reaching Mangalore for both the products.
I tried calling Ecom express on the number provided on their site, but the number is switched off !
Plus i have already paid for the product and have raised complaint on Meesho.
Please look into this and provide a resolution. Have never had such a bad experience ever with online shopping Was this information helpful? |
