A month ago i purchased two products from myntra which delivered by e com express. I returned both the product the very next day of purchase as i didn't like them. And the agent came and picked the product up from me but never informed the myntra about the same. I got the message o[censored]nable to pickup product the very day i returned the product. I called myntra for the same but no help. Then i somehow contacted the person who picked it up from me. He himself claimed that he has the product but as there is some issue on their side they cannot return it yet but eventually they will do so i get assured that it is safe there. But that's not all he used and dirtied the product and now i have neither the products and nor the refund which i should have get. The ecom agent did that not only to me but quite a lot of person around me. I am going to file a complaint against the ecom for not regulating their staff in my area and doing these kind of cheap scam with the consumers and the company itself.
