I ordered a product from flipkart and delivered by Ecom express on 16th Oct. But I received a wrong product and raised a request for returning just after receiving it.
I got a message that it will be pickedup on 17th of Oct, but no one came for the same and it was automatically scheduled by them without taking OTP and remarked as failed because I scheduled it but I didnt received any call or something like that.
Again I received a call from flipkart and they said it will be pickeup by 18th but no one came for it and no calls no messages I received from Ecom.
Please look into it asap because they are not coming for pickup and the delivery person number is always switched off and no other HELPdesk is available so I can complain or talk to someone.
I am very much harrassed by Ecom express I was going to consumer FORUM but I thought I should intimate you regarding it.
I[censored]ou can do anything please make it fast because I have no more time for this ###.
