Ecom Express — Product undelivered due to OTP issues

I ordered something from zoomin and i selected the most late dates yet the order came through a week earlier when no one was there to recieve it. Since a week the order status is showing OFD lock applied. The least you could do is get your courier boys to give me call when you were delivering.
