Sir my awb no. Is [protected], it reached guwahati on 1aug and reached delivery centre on 5 of aug,, but till 14 of aug no attempts of delivery and on 15th aug what they do is they put an rto lock status on my shipment, this is utter nonsense, pathetic service by ecom express. I want my parcel and i'm even ready to go collect it if your pathetic delivery service can't deliver it.
