Ecom Express — Product was not delivered | |
Placed an order on Sunday, 28 February, 2021 from Cilory Website. The shipment was through Ecom Express. Till 3rd of March website status showed as "Shipment in-scan at DC" after that there was no update till 7th March. On 8th March I got a call from the Ecom Express delivery executive asking for my availability at the given address. I clearly said I am at home so he can deliver the product, he disconnected the call saying he will come and deliver the product in sometime. After that I did not get any call or update through message/mail. When I checked the status on Ecom Express website it showed the status as "Shipment un-delivered Consignee requested for future delivery". I raised a concern on their website regarding this and there was no response from them. Today when I checked the website status it is showing as "Shipment RTO Lock". I have done online payment for my product. Now I expect my product to be delivered in a decent way. Highly unprofessional and unethical behavior from Ecom Express. Attached screenshot for reference.
