Ecom Express — Products not being delivered to me despite being in the destination hub since 10 days plus. | |||
Sir, This is the 2nd consecutive time since I have been facing this issue with Ecom Express. The last time also shipment had reached the delivery hub in Guwahati many many days before but they didn't even bother to call me and hence I was told that the shipment had been lost by the courier. This time too while tracking, I get the update that "Delivery was Attempted", but in real no phone calls were made to me. I even raised this issue by mailing them and sending them a message in their Twitter handle and to this day, I don't even get a reply from the company. Very disgusting. This same issue was also faced by my younger brother. The shipments won't get delivered to us, especially the products from Ajio. I sense a scam between ajio.com and EComExpress. Whenever we purchase products in great discounts, this things tends to happen. Kindly Sir, help me out in this regard. 🙏 Was this information helpful? | |||
