Ecom Express — Products not delivered for the customer

There are 2 parcels in the same address.My tracking number is [protected] and [protected].from 16 January onwards my parcels are at thopumpady (EKM)d c.I can't get it today itself.They didn't update the tracking.It is an urgent parcel.Pls deliver it tmrw itself.
