There Courier Boy Pick Our Courier and Misplace our Product or Sometime they not ship our product on time. We have sent four courier but all of them are missing. Kindly look into the matter and take action against them

Seriously unprofessional behaviour from Ecom Express. Expected delivery date was 5th APR still not delivered. When I have tried to reach on customer care they have resolved ticket without any update. Delivery status is also not updated after 2nd. When I have tried to reach though number[protected], they don't have IVR just said your delivery date is 5th APR which they already missed.
