Ecom Express — Reg: Updating status on return pickup | |||
I have raised return request for the product, the Ecom express delivery person picked product from me and he did not updated the status that he picked up the product. it has been 5 days that they took product from me. I called the superviser they are telling delivery person is on leave I cant update without him every day. from yesterday Iam calling him to update the status on that product they are not even lifting my call. very bad service Ecom express.
