Ecom Express — regarding delivery and pickup.

We have ordered the products in online store a the product reached the nearest delivery center but the delivery members had done delay of 4 dahs by saying the lack of delivery boy. And the other one the pickup order since two days and by the same reason they always say that they cannot do it and refuse it. Onve they came to the near address and again they postponed doe two days. I request you to take action against these.
