I had ordered an battery pack with free earphones with order no. Dhfs90788499. After checking of the courier it was found that the packing of white tape was tampered and the contents inside the courier box were stolen. Again the box was packed with transparent tape. You can see the attached images. You can clearly see the damage by yourself. The contents of the box i. E. The headphones were stolen and it comes as a shame in this world of online all this is happening when ones are getting acquainted to this world. I would like to have a reverse pick up of the same where in i would exchange the product at the time of delivery. In the morning i called the executive in some help for return and disappointed to the core, so i am writing just in hope so that i could get an reply from your end.
