Ecom Express — Regarding undelivered order | |
I am a harinisri subramani. I have placed a order in private website the delivery partner is ecom executive. On 21 St February I received a message that the order will be delivered today. Later in the evening I will received another message that the order was delivered to me. But I didn't get any order that day. As it was a prepaid order I also didn't share pin to anybody else. So I made a complaint to ecom service customer care number. I didn't get any response form them.. Even though I repeatedly calling them regarding my order. It was like a waste of time I didn't get my order as of now... My order awb number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
