Ecom Express — Rejected return 7 times then falsy claims customer did it.

This is the 7th time we have created a return request for an order in last 16 days (AWB for the current request:[protected] no one ever called, messaged us or visited us yet falsely reported customer rejected the return all 7 times.
We thought it's the fault of the local agent so we reached out to customer support multiple times but still there was no action taken.

Again we can see the status as "return not complete" today, as usual no call, no sms, no visit was made and this was the 7th time we tried returning the order and got the same result, this is the height of customer harassment and you expect this to be satisfactory resolution, Let us know if the return will be possible at all without going through corporate litigation and making things even more public.

The number you have is the correct one, infact that is the number I used to call your support team 5+ times, and it is our main business number so it's always active. I would not allow you to get off this public forum and then face the issue myself in private where no one can see what ends up happening. The last option I have to raise a case against consumer protection act if it does not get resolved this week.

Why would I willingly allow you to get off this public forum and face the issue myself in private where no one can see what ends up happening. What you guys are doing is not a bad service it no service at all and failing to manage your own local agents who are confident enough to lie 7 times in a row knowing there is no consequences from ecom express.
If your local agent is saying the number I have gives is not contactable than that's a lie again, that is our business number and we get at least 50+ calls each day and without that number being active our business won't run.
Also please don't ask for anyone's number in a public forum that just shows how little a company knows about customer privacy.
