Ecom Express — Return of the product status

I have already returned the product which was bought from Myntra, but the status has not been updated yet at the ecom express. The delivery boy has taken the return but it is not showing in the status, due to which Myntra has refused to refund because Myntra has not received the product yet. This is utter negligence from the side of ecom express. I never expected this from ecom express. Such a fraud company. Resolve the issue asap.
