Ecom Express — Return picked up but received a text saying pick up failed.

I did not receive any awb number in the text messages for the return pick up of my shies the order was from puma . The texts stated item will be picked up on 6th July 2021 and an executive came in the afternoon to collect the same but the same evening I received a text from Ecom Express that the pickup failed, now my shoes are gone and so is my money . CUSTOMER CARE keeps asking me for a number which I never received.

It's been more than 10 days and I've no updates whatsoever. I've already put up mails and called customer care so many times all I get in return is wait for 24 to 48 hrs and we'll get back to you .
