My package is send through ecom. Product reach at 19april and i recieved a msg. But after that i recieved a msg that package delivery will changed into after that day, and i recieved amsg that it changed delivery date again. But still doesnt recieve that. After that day i recieved a call from bobita(a worker from ecom aizawl) she said delivery guy cant make that day so they deliver my product tommorow, i still wait till yesterday, so i make a call and ask her about my package, i can pickup if delivery guy still absent, she asked me order id and i send her but no response after i send her a msg. But today i make acall and go to pick up my package, but they returned to sender?! Why this can be? They dont try to reach me, and never make acall ask me to pick up. Its a customize product and theres no refund policy. I wish all my orders never send through ecom express. This is the worst i ever experience from courier Was this information helpful? |
