Ecom Express — Return the product to Myntra

I have already returned the product which was ordered from Myntra, but the return has not been accepted yet by the ecom express and the myntra has not got the product, so they aren't refunding the amount in my bank. This is a complete failure from ecom. Myntra is not helping me as they have not got the product and this a fraud from the part of ecom.
Resolve this issue asap.
