I had ordered from W for woman. The product was with wrong size delivered. Return request was raised for it, but as the delivery person told, there was some confusion in the address. Later it was promised to rearrange the reverse pickup. But no pickup was arranged till 10 days. They closed the return request as it is and now customer care is denying saying the return period is over. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Hi,
I have contacted their customer care, they are denying to rearrange the pickup as the return period is over.
It was a problem of address confusion, the product was wrong, it is of complete waste to me.
