This is to report my extreme disappointment with your service.The status showing for this item is 'customer not available', but this is totally false information, we have not been out of home today(23 July 2020) and no one has arrived here for a delivery.The delivery have contacted me and said they will not deliver the product to my home instead i had to meet him at Cherupuzha which is more than 30 minutes travel from my home. I had made sure the item was available to home and that's why I have ordered it. This is not the first time experience from your service. I had ignored it before.
