Ecom Express — Rto locked in shipment | |||
I ordered some items awb number:([protected]) from Meeso on 2nd September, 2021 and the parcel didn't came to my location and returned automatically and they didn't contact me once .Even their tracking status was showing it is out of delivery and i didn't get my product. I tried calling the ecom customer care number the executive says that it will be delivered within 24 hrs.I tried calling many times and Everytime they say it would be delivered within 24 hrs.but today when I checked the status it shows that my shipment is rto locked.I need my ordered products refund back asap.
