My package in RTO state reaches the origin city Mumbai but its stuck at the Delivery center since 20-3-22, today is the fifth day and its still there. I talked to them, they said they will resolve the issue, but nothing is done. My refund is awaiting because the package is not received by the seller. Mar 25, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally Delivered today only. The day i complained. Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
