[Resolved] Ecom Express — Shipment delayed by more than one week

I Had ordered a mobile phone through Snapdeal.com
The seller had shipped the item through e com express via Waybill no:[protected] on 11/10/14
I am very much surprised to know that they didn't deliver till 23/10/14
I had been contacting their customer care from 19/10/14 for my package
The package had been in Delhi hub till 20/10/14
Their customer care said that i shall receive the package on 22/10/14
But when i contacteed them today (23/10/14), they said that the package is in coimbatore and shall be delivered only by 27/10/14
All the promises they make is False. And the package status is not at all getting updated in their website
Such a poor service
Worst thing is that one of my colleagues who had ordered the same phone with the same seller and which was delivered by the same e com express on 20/10/14
The image i have attached reveals that their tracking system itself is poor and doesn't get updated at all
Such poor response from the Courier service
