Ecom Express — Shipment is not even picked from the hub even after 5 days.

Hi.I had ordered a product through Samsung. The place of pickup and place of delivery are both the same. It's been 5 days but still the tracking page says the the product is lying in the same hub.The estimated delivery date was 1st March. That's why I ordered the product so that I get it soon. Why is there so much delay in delivering the product within the same city.
Im unable to contact the customer care of Ecom express also.No one picks it up.How will we ever get to know when it's going to be delivered .
Worst service ever.

Finally i got to speak to one of your customer support executive. And he told that my package got lost and asked me to wait for another 6 days without any guarantee of delivering the package to me.
With huge disappointment and frustration i was forced to cancel my order.
I will not recommend Ecom express to any of my contacts hereafter. Thanks for the wonderful support and service provided by your company.
