Ecom Express — Shipment lock by RTO

Dear sir,
I've ordered an item on 1 Dec 2020, and the delivery date was 5 dec 2020.
For the query related to delivery, i called upon the customer care number and everytime they told me that parcel will get deliver within 24 hrs .
Now i checked the status of the product and it is showing that shipment lock by RTO.
I need my product.
Kindly resolve this issue and deliver my product soon.
