Ecom Express — Shipment not delivered and false report on tracking | |
Shipment tracking code [protected]. Arrived at destination hub on 29th and was out for delivery on the same date as well but there is a false report saying customer refused to take. I'm the customer waiting for my package to be delivered and its already 5 days of delay now and the courier service has been updating the status with false reports stating that the customer refused to accept for 2 consequent days and the mext day even after complaints to the customer care, they said your package will be delivered by today the next time they said will be delivered within 24hrs as it was not delivered because you did not recieve the call! I did not get any call from the delivery boy. This is so frustrating. I have paid token amount to the seller and my package is still not delivered. This is really very frustrating. What a joke this courier service is in the name of a courier service company! Shame on such company who cant even listen to their customers. I have asked my seller to change his company amd switch to a different company. Was this information helpful? | |
