Ecom Express — Shipment not delivered AWB[protected]

I am an e-commerce seller on Amazon. I received an order and booked the shipment through Ecom Express using Shiprocket. The shipment was picked up on 01.11.2023 from Nagpur (PIN 440022) and was to deliver to Chennai (PIN 600041). Today it is 14.11.2023 and the shipment is still not delivered to the customer. The AWB no is[protected]. I tried to contact Ecom Express on their customer care no.[protected] but it is an IVR no and could not resolve my issue. My contact no [protected].
