[Resolved] Ecom Express — shipment not delivered to me but status says delivered | |||
Awb:[protected] Shipment went for out for deliver on 2nd december but was never delivered to me. Instead its status changed to delivered automatically and since then i have been begging the customer care (On phone) asking status of my shipment to no avail. They have no answer and always same response that complaint registered, yet they refuse to provide a complaint number saying "we do not have notification for complaint number via email or sms). Pretty sure the courier/delivery boy stole my courier and now ecomexpress is doing nothing to know whats wrong or resolve the issue. Lack of responsibility and prompt action is the cause for such fraud companies opening every month in india. And before the helpdesk asks any generic questions, no it was not delivered to any mailbox or my neighbors. I live in a society/flat and entry to the society is not allowed by security people to outsiders unless they call and confirm it with me/residents. Furthermore, the customer care is even declining to provide a proof of receipt/signature if the courier boy marked it as delivered. Was this information helpful? | |||
