Ecom Express — Shipment returned and RTO lock | |||
I placed an order on 21st apr and it reached delivery center on 28th April. My Order was to be delivered by ECOM EXPRESS (The worst Courier service provide i have ever come across). They themselves don't deliver the product and later write the reason as Customer not available and Wrong adress like that.. Seriously?? . The delivery never reached me. I didn't receive any call from delivery person. I complained number of times and they seemed like committed to help everytime..3 days later my shipment says it is locked and when i asked them about it.. They told to not worry and they will remove the lock.. But Eventually they returned my product. Even i went to delivery Center to take my product but they didn't give it saying that order was under RTO lock.. They are Completely irresponsible!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
