Ecom Express — shipment returned without informing about product reached | |||
I ordered something from nyka on 20th aug, the item has dispatched the next day via ecomexpress. I just realized today 15sept that i ordered from them and immediately i checked and tracked my order but it was already reached my destination on 25 aug and has returned on 6 sept. None of them inform me that my product has reached to them to come receive the product on my own they dont do home delivery which sucks, a bunch o[censored]ncivilized people worked there. My order has reached at my destination yesterday .today I tracked my order it says shipment cancelled.
