Ecom Express — Shipment shows delivered but didn't receive

My order with tracking id [protected] shows delivered but i didn't receive it. I didn't get any calls from the courier or my neighbors didn't get it either. I have complained multiple times to ecom but there has been no response from their end. I have been waiting for the past three days.
This is highly disappointing. Please arrange for the delivery as soon as possible.
