Ecom Express — Shipment tracking status

My order was booked with Ecom express on 30th September and today it is supposed to be delivered but i see no update regarding the status of its location from the first day it was picked up. Why give us a tracking number if you cannot update it. Worst courier service ever. I need my shipment today. Look into it and respond.

Updated by RahulMandal69 Yes, surely I received the shipment but the experience was really bad. From the perspective of a consumer, Ecom Express is the worst company ever in the entire history of courier service companies. I wish your company goes out of business and the people working in Ecom Express can never find a job in a different company because it’s the people who are ignorant, non competitive and lazy like you on the other side which makes these companies goes bankrupt. Do not reply on this thread. You don’t have self respect and pride.
