Ecom Express — Shipment undelivered after delaying for two weeks.

My shipment was delayed for 2 weeks and today they are showing out for delivery and then the product was undelivered . Why they are making excuses without making any effort. It has been 15 days and they could not deliver the parcel. If they are not able to do so then send it back. I dont want any further delay.
