Ecom Express — Shipment undelivered by Ecom Express | |||||
Shipment was supposed to be delivered on 17th March, 2021. I got a call from Ecom Express Executive asking for the PIN. During the call he hung up for some reason and never called back the entire day after that. The next day on 18th March, 2021 I again received a message from Ecom Express with a new PIN for my shipment, but I wasn't contacted by the delivery person. Since then my shipment has been marked as "Undelivered" and I do not know the status or the location of the shipment. I would be grateful if they can please deliver my parcel which I have been waiting for a long time. According to the tracking details, their office is in Nedumangad.
