This is regarding awb [protected]. We shipped a product to our customer on 28th Jan, it reached the destination hub on 01st Feb but no delivery attempts have been made. Today is 11th Feb and still there is no update. We called Ecom Customer service and was promised delivery in 24-48hrs but that doesn't happen either. The customer is unhappy as she thinks that we have delayed the product. Kindly arrange urgent delivery of the same.
